Roslin Cottage is ideally placed for those guests who want the quiet space of the country within an hour of the city.
Our 17th Century cottage sits at the edge of the town, with country walks leading up to the cycle track and down to the River Teith. The town of Callander is part of the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park and gateway to The Trossachs. Lucy and Sid are looking forward to welcoming new and returning guests to the cottage.

Dear Guest - if you plan to book with us here is some information you may find helpful.
Parking is free. We use the big car park 50 metres along from our cottage. There is a pull in space by the cottage to off load luggage. If you come from Stirling direction the car park is just before the Dreadnought Esso garage. If coming from Callander it is just after the garage. My VW Beetle is usually parked by the fence where you will see our Roslin Cottage/Patrons Only parking signs.
Arrival time. When you know how your day is working, please, e-mail, text or phone whichever is easier for you, with an approximate arrival time, especially if that will be after 18.00 hours?
Deposit taken on booking. We don't usually take full payment from your credit card until your arrival date but have taken a £20 deposit on booking.
We have had to amend our cancellation policy but it may not be on to the website you have booked through yet. However we wanted to make sure you were aware of it now.
Last year we had several very early bookings made and then cancelled very close to the guests' arrival date. This blocked potential bookings for many months.
As a result we will have to make a charge as detailed for any bookings cancelled.
Over 42 days a deposit payment of £20
Between 29 and 42 days 30% of booking fee
Between 15 and 28 days 50%
Between 6 and 14 days 75%
Any cancellations within our 5 day policy the booking will be charged in full.
We really do appreciate it is hard when making travel plans but we have had to take a tough business decision too.
We hope you will understand our situation and thank you for the booking.
